    Yes you can. All that California cares about is getting their registration fee. As long as you are registered, have the proper signaling equipment, lights, and mirrors you are good to go. Also, you must possess a motorcycle endorsement on your license.

    The appropriate registration dot equipment mirrors signals etc and passes vehicle inspection you should be able to onroad.

    No. It still won’t be street legal. I had one. You used to be able to do this in a few states, but no more.
